El Derecho Administrativo regula las relaciones entre los particulares y el Poder Público, sobre la base del conjunto de principios jurídicos de actuación acerca de la actividad administrativa, puesto que debido a esta relación se pueden suscitar controversias, cuando sus órganos y entidades cumplen funciones administrativas en virtud de disposiciones jurídicas que enmarcan su acción ejecutiva, bien en la prestación de servicios o con determinada finalidad concreta de la voluntad estatal, a tenor de la política de orden interno e internacional que adopte el Estado, la que incorpora a la referida Administración y a su normativa reguladora.

EN EL PRESENTE CURSO EL ALUMNO COMPRENDERA TODAS LAS HERRAMIENTAS JURIDICAS NECESARIAS Y LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS DESTINADOS A LA DEFENSA DE LOS DERECHOS REALES DE LAS PERSONAS CUANDO SE VEN VIOLENTADOS POR PARTICULARES O EL ESTADO MISMO.

Objetivo general del curso: Que el (a) alumno (a) Conceptualicen las bases teóricas del Derecho Familiar para considerarlas como instituciones de orden público e interés social y garantizar la plena aplicación de las disposiciones jurídicas que atienden a la familia, con el fin de asegurar su protección y regulación para aplicar la normatividad vigente con justicia y respeto a la seguridad jurídica. |

Students can understand the main points of clear standard speech on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. They can understand the main point of many radio or TV programmes on current affairs or topics of personal or professional interest when the delivery is relatively slow and clear.
They can understand texts that consist mainly of high frequency everyday or job-related language. Also can understand the description of events, feelings and wishes in personal letters.
Students can write simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. They can write personal letters describing experiences and impressions.
Students can connect phrases in a simple way in order to describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions. They can briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans. They can narrate a story or relate the plot of a book or film and describe their reactions
