El presente curso proporcionara al alumno los conocimientos dogmáticos y la técnica jurídica necesarios para poder ejercitar los derechos y acciones reales para defender el patrimonio frente a terceras personas, así mismo conocerá los diversos procesos judiciales controvertidos y no controvertidos que se utilizan para ejercer acciones civiles en defensa de los derechos reales de los particulares.
AL CONCLUIR ESTE CURSO, EL ALUMNO ANALIZARA Y EXPLICARA EL CONTENIDO E INSTITUCIONES QUE CONFORMAN AL DERECHO FAMILIAR, ASÍ COMO SU UBICACIÓN DENTRO DE LA SISTEMÁTICA DEL DERECHO Y SUS ASPECTOS CARACTERÍSTICOS, DESTACANDO SU AUTONOMÍA COMO DISCIPLINA JURÍDICA INDEPENDIENTE DEL DERECHO CIVIL.

Students will be able to communicate quickly and effectively based en the communicative approach and it combines the best in current methodology with special features designed to make learning and teaching easier. They will practice the four English skills, listening, reading, speaking and writing, and places equal emphasis on vocabulary and grammar.
Students can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.
